Release Renew Rebirth…

This is the coming together of Women on a Mission to be their own Divine Living Goddess. This is for those who want to make the time to feel valued, nourished and loved up, in a beautiful loving environment surrounded by feminine Muses!  Celebrating all that we are as women!

We will Calm the Mind, Relax the Body, Connect the Spirit & have some fun!

At various gatherings we explore how to:

·       Release old patterns and wounds

·       Release the past that keeps us stuck

·       Heal wounds of self-worth and limited self-awareness

·       Take responsibility for maturing and enjoying our spiritual self

·       Become independent, explore new options and focus on your authentic self

·       Discover the courage to follow through on what you have always longed for

·       Become flexible, spontaneous and open to change

·       Shift your reality through attitude and faith

·       Meeting your future self… 

Tonight, we will focus on the Release Renew Rebirth of ourselves, in alignment with our inner Muse wisdom.

Experiencing processes like breathing, meditation, intention, enquiry, visualisation, journaling, meta cognitive drawing and Intentional Creativity® methods, we will delve into our souls deepest knowing.  No, you don’t have to be an artist to experience and access this deep personal wisdom; you just have to show up and play full out!

The sooner you commit to stepping into your glorious future, the sooner it will become a reality.  

Please wear comfortable clothing for sitting in circle, please bring a water bottle, a journal if you use one for personal notes, and a sister or BFF is always fun too!
